Resilience Insurance Analytics Welcomes New Director to Agency Consulting Team

Resilience Insurance Analytics has announced the addition of Laura Bosies as Director within its Agency Consulting group. With a career spanning leadership roles in both agency lending and insurance underwriting, Bosies brings a blend of lender-focused insight and deep risk expertise to the firm’s growing team of senior specialists.

Prior to joining Resilience, she served as Head of Agency Lending at Advocate Technologies and spent more than a decade as Senior Vice President at Walker & Dunlop, where she oversaw insurance operations for agency financings. Earlier in her career, she worked with insurance carriers specializing in commercial property and liability coverage—experience that now informs her perspective on aligning credit decisions with complex insurance requirements.

Her appointment follows a series of senior hires over the past year, reinforcing Resilience’s strategy of expanding its bench of industry veterans. Additions have included leaders across servicing, finance and strategy, as well as quantitative risk analysis—strengthening the firm’s capacity to advise clients on risk management, valuation, and climate-related factors influencing commercial financing.

Bosies’ role will focus on enhancing solutions for clients, simplifying transaction management, and supporting long-standing relationships with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. According to Resilience leadership, the aim remains consistent: to bring clarity and confidence to an increasingly complex financing environment.
